As KYO Legal, we shall represent our legal person and natural person clients in disputes arising out of insurance law, particularly in compensation lawsuits, subrogation lawsuits and negative declaration lawsuits; as well as providing consultancy services including risk analysis related to insurance policies. In this area, the services provided by our office for the insured, other policy beneficiaries, policyholders and insurance companies are as follows:

• Representation of clients in disputes arising from insurance and subrogation relationships, including mediation and enforcement proceedings;
• Representation of clients in disputes arising out of accidents in cargo and freight transportation, as well as in compensation claims and claims against insurance companies;
• Negotiating insurance policy provisions and providing legal consultancy services on matters related to insurance policies; and

Claims for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages against third parties and collection of the insurance amount.
