Biography

Yıldız Altay graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2025 and is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. She advises clients, primarily in the transportation and logistics sector and technology companies, on contract law, dispute resolution, enforcement proceedings and corporate governance. Her work includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, and identifying legal risks in clients’ commercial relationships at an early stage. She assists clients in resolving disputes before they reach the courts and, where necessary, represents them in commercial litigation and enforcement proceedings, including debt collection. She also supports companies on the structuring of corporate governance, including general assembly and board processes and arrangements between shareholders. With her command of English, she takes part in written and oral communication with foreign-owned and international clients.
