Biography

Furkan Ökse specializes in all types of legal dispute resolution; including Criminal Law, Family Law, Bankruptcy and Execution Law, Inheritance Law, Labor Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law and Personal Data Protection, as well as alternative resolution processes such as debt collection proceedings and mediation.

Together with our Dispute Resolution team, he provides all legal advice necessary to our Turkish and international clients at every stage of their disputes, litigation proceedings and disagreements arising from their commercial relations or contracts; including execution proceedings, representation before the courts, negotiations with the other party during the court proceedings and before the dispute.He also represents our clients in family law, inheritance law, labor law cases and provides legal consultancy services to them.

For a long period of time, Furkan Ökse shall provide legal consultancy and manage compliance projects in the field of Personal Data Protection and data security.
